At this point, all bodywork is complete. The car has been block sanded once and then given 2 more coats of primer which
will be block sanded again before painting. The door jambs will be painted tomorrow, then the doors will be hung, then the fenders and hood and trunk lid. (These have
already been block sanded and primed and the color has been put on the rear or bottom of everything.) The entire car will be block sanded the final time and then
paint, then stripes then clear! The inner wheelhouses needed a few small patches which I welded in and then everything on the rear half of the car was seam sealed.
We're in the home stretch!
