These photos represent about 11 hrs. of labor. The inner door corners were rotted out. A donor door from a Monte Carlo
was used to cut solid corners from. These were fitted into the old door after cutting out the rusted areas, and then hammered into the correct shape. They were then
spot welded in then the new door skin was test fitted to the door. After a little more hammer work, they are now ready to be completely welded in, then ground flush
and finished. This was also my very first attempt at welding!
