| Jeff McCauley's 1971 454 Malibu. Here are pictures of my 71 454 Malibu. It has a hot LS-5 454 that is milled and .60 over, crank turned and cross drilled, windage tray, solid cam, roller rockers etc. It was just redone this winter. The trans is a '65 M-21 close ratio. The rear end is 4.10 12 bolt posi. It has been a drag car since '78. I have not had a chance to run it yet this summer due to heavy travel for work. It previously ran 12.10's on street tires. I expect to hit the mid 11's or so now with the recent modifications. I suspect I will need to add some slicks too since it was all I could do to hook up before! The body is very clean and straight. It has never been rusty. The interior is in excellent shape as well. I have been asked many times if I want to sell it and I have always said no.
