Lynn and Drew's 1970 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe has
been restored as an SS clone.
It has all new sheet metal, a new interior, and includes all of the correct
SS pieces for the '70 model year. The car is powered by a 355 CID / 400 HP
4-bolt main small block, bored .030 over with TRW pistons, Dart Sportsman II
heads, Competition cam, aluminum roller rockers, polished aluminum high
rise, Holley dual feed carb, Accel HEI ignition, and Hedman headers. The
transmission is a TCI TH/350 automatic, with a B&M 2200 converter. The paint
is late model Cadillac emerald green, with gold pearl, and black SS hood and
deck stripes. The SS wheels ride on BFG T/A radials. The car is featured on
